Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Ashford Tax, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Raleigh, North Carolina.
What Ashford does
Ashford keeps records, calculates estimates and prepares returns from the information you give it. You are responsible for reviewing your return before you sign it. CPA review on the File plan is provided by independent licensed CPAs.
Accuracy guarantee
If a calculation error in Ashford causes an IRS or state penalty or interest, we reimburse it, up to $10,000 per return.
Fees and cancelling
Prices are on our pricing page. We give 30 days’ notice by email before any increase. Cancel any time from Settings; yearly plans cancelled within 30 days are refunded in full.
Liability
Apart from the accuracy guarantee, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
